Audioverse Adventures

I just returned from a wonderful trip to the South East Youth Conference (SEYC) at Southern Adventist University. Audioverse recorded the whole conference and will make the audio available for free on our website within a week.

Special thanks to the SEYC team especially Chuck Stark who really made us feel welcome and were so supportive of our ministry. We were also given a booth space which helped us increase awareness of Audioverse to the entire student body of Southern. Overall, we gave out over a thousand Audioverse business cards and hundreds of Audioverse pens.

The theme of the conference was "One" and the two main speakers were Jeffrey Rosario and Matt Parra. A highlight was that Adrian, our current Restoration director, was able to meet with Matt Parra, this year's Restoration speaker. By the way, I think Restoration 2008: Ignite is going to be a great evangelistic series.

I've put together a few photo albums of Audioverse-related events. Of course, the first one is the Audioverse booth at GYC where we had our drawing for an iPod Touch. That was a crazy time with hundreds of people swarming our booth to see if they had won on Saturday night! See it for yourself.

The other photo album chronicles our trip to SEYC including a rough trip getting there, a tour of Wildwood and Southern's campuses, and the conference itself. We also stopped by Oakwood and the Space Center briefly on our way back to the Huntsville Airport. Click here to see the photos!

Yaay for Audioverse! Seems like PR is going well for it.
Nice pictures of your adventures... reminds me of my days at Wildwood too.
I didn't know that Aaron and April were part of the Audioverse team, but that's great that they have been inducted!

It was great seeing you, Sunny, and Adrian at SEYC. I was glad we could spend some time hanging out a little bit. It is an honor to be in the audioverse team picture. Hope all is well and take care.

Oohhhh, wish I could have been with you on your Tennessee escapades (especially to Wildwood). Glad you had a nice time and could see first-hand some history of self-supporting work. Come visit me in Arkansas next time. We don't have SEYC, but you could record my A&P lectures. :)
